Abstract: 

شناخت بی نظمی های اداری که مختل کننده فعالیتهای سازنده و پویایی گروه می باشد کمک شایانی به مدیران و مسوولین سازمانی می نماید تا از این رهگذر در صدد پیگیری و درمان آن برآیند. در این مقاله در ابتدا مقدمه ای در خصوص آسیب شناسی سازمانی آورده شده است و سپس علل بوجود آورنده و ماهیت آنها مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد و در ادامه انواع آسیب های سازمانی و نقش آنها در فعالیتهای سازمان توضیح داده شده است.

Abstract: 

The world is embroiled in a pandemic of a new coronavirus at the end of 2019 and early in 2020, with such a large scale that it has severely involved the political, economic, and social systems in most countries around the world. The scale of the crisis is so widespread that many experts believe that the post-corona world will be substantially different from the pre-corona world. In the face of this massive epidemic, how people perceive risk and how to risk is communicated, plays a central role in deciding and choosing people's behavior. Fighting with this emerging phenomenon requires mobilizing all the possibilities of society and helping all people in the field of empathy and altruism. In this article, we briefly review aspects of the important concept of risk perception and communication in this pervasive crisis.

Abstract: 

Purpose: Examines the relationship between Organizational creativity and information and communication skills of librarians in academic libraries. Methodology: The present study was conducted through an analytical survey among librarians in the province of East Azarbaijan university libraries. Data was collected by a researcher designed questionnare. Findings: The mean of Organizational creativity was 26. 831 with a standard deviation of 1. 83 the mean of information and communication skills was 61. 021 with a standard deviation of 2. 60. Inferential statistical analysis (regression and Pearson test) at a meaningful level smaller than 0. 05, confirmed the relationship between organizaaational creativity of libraries and information and communication skills with R = 0. 615. Conclusion: Organizational creativity of librarians in academic libraries and their information and communication skills ware in a good state. We found a direct, positive, and meaningful relationship between Organizational creativity of libraries with information and communication skills.

Abstract: 

One of the major challenges in healthcare system is to train staff with strong commitment to the Organizational mission. The key variables that have a significant impact on the performance of the organization is communication satisfaction. In fact, Organizational communication has influential affect on different aspects of the organization including, professional commitment. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between communication satisfaction and Organizational commitment among nurses.In a descriptive-correlation study, 300 nursing staff in hospitals from Tehran University of Medical Sciences were selected through random cluster sampling in 2015. Data were collected by Organizational communication “Downs and Hazen” and Organizational commitment of “Allen and Meyer” questionnaires.Data were analyzed using chi square test and SPSS 16 software. In Result, 7.2% of nurses were satisfied with their Organizational communication and 1.7% of nurses had Organizational commitment. There was a significant correlation between Organizational communication satisfaction and Organizational commitment (p<0.001). The mean and standard deviation of Organizational communication Satisfaction (91.396±2.39) and for Organizational Commitment respectively (47.488±9.33) was. Also there was a significant correlation between Organizational commitment and age, education and shift, but it was not correlated with sex, marriage status and Organizational post. Likewise, communication satisfaction had significant correlation with job position and job experience, but hadn’t significant correlation with other demographic variables. Also, the regression model showed that with one point increase of Organizational communication satisfaction are added. /189 to the score of Organizational commitment.In conclusion, considering the existence of significant positive relationship and also linear regression result, satisfaction of Organizational communication is as predictive variable for Organizational commitment.Therefore it seems that the optimization of Organizational communication managers and officials could increase the commitment of nurses in hospitals and to increase their effectiveness.

Abstract: 

ObjectiveThe significance of branding has grown significantly in today's corporate world. It has become essential for any organization to have a distinct brand identity. The impact of branding has expanded to encompass not only companies but also individuals seeking to create personal brands. There is a broad spectrum of strategies to develop a brand, ranging from extensive advertising campaigns in large institutions to the creation of content by citizens on social media platforms. A wide range of factors can contribute to branding, but it's important to note that modern branding has evolved into a complex and specialized discipline. Applying a brand name to a product or organization is not about confining its scope; on the contrary, it plays a crucial role in establishing a distinct identity in the market. Effective branding goes beyond mere titling and involves a multifaceted approach. The passage states that Keller has categorized the world as having entered the era of branding for several years, but given the current necessity and importance of branding, this era has not yet truly emerged in Iran. Many organizations are either unfamiliar with the term or, if they are aware of it, their understanding of it is still very limited. The study investigated branding through communication technologies, and the article is derived from a doctoral dissertation focused on developing a public relations strategy model for Organizational branding in social media platforms.MethodsThis article focuses on examining the role of public relations as a tool for brand production and promotion. Interviews were conducted with communication professors and public relations experts from around the globe. The grounded theory method was employed to gather insights and information for this study. The article utilizes the purposeful sampling method to select a sample of individuals from various continents. Our total sample size consisted of 15 communication professors and public relations specialists. Through multi-stage interviews, we collected comprehensive data, which we subsequently analyzed using MacQDA software to extract relevant concepts and categories.ResultsThe study yielded results indicating that public relations goes beyond just selling. Producing and promoting the brand, as well as its stabilization in the market, are also considered essential responsibilities of public relations. Based on the categories derived from the data, we identified crucial theories like glass aquarium, Organizational identity, and community culture. These concepts significantly influence brand building within organizations, and public relations specialists should pay attention to their use, especially in the context of new communication media.ConclusionsAdopting suitable strategies for brand production, promotion, and stabilization enables public relations to effectively develop Organizational branding in the realm of social networks.

Abstract: 

Background: Banks, especially public banks, is one of the most important organizations in the field of development, service delivery and development in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Therefore, the present study was formed with the aim of designing an Organizational communication model based on ethical culture in the government sector (state-owned banks). Method: The present study in terms of inductive approach, in terms of purpose, is applied in terms of qualitative methodology and its strategy is based on data theory. The statistical population included managers of state-owned banks, elites in the field of Organizational communications of state-owned banks, and individuals who knew the structure of these banks. Among them, 15 people were selected as the sample by purposive sampling method. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and finally analyzed by triple coding method. Results: In the open coding stage, 460 primary open codes were extracted from the interview content. After reviewing the data and integrating similar concepts, these primary codes were reduced to 120 secondary codes and finally 18 categories were identified by selective coding. The Organizational communication model was formed based on ethical-oriented Organizational culture. Conclusion: Organizational communication is very much influenced by the culture of the organization and the more ethical communication and cultural strategy in the organization, the more Organizational processes in the field of human resources, especially banks, will be more optimal.
